    船用泵 ( 船檢齒輪泵 , 船檢螺桿泵 ) 常見故障有四種，解決方法也簡單。 Marine pump (ChuanJian gear pump, ChuanJian screw pump) there are four common faults, the solution is simple.

一、無壓差 A, no pressure difference

　�。� 1 ）船用泵 ( 船檢齒輪泵 , 船檢螺桿泵 ) 轉(zhuǎn)向不對，核對轉(zhuǎn)向； (1) Marine pump (ChuanJian gear pump, ChuanJian screw pump) to wrong, check steering;

　�。� 2 ）介質(zhì)臟葉片被卡主：撥動傳動軸，正反轉(zhuǎn)幾圈讓泵內(nèi)葉片活動一下，仍不上壓，則拆泵檢查； ) medium dirty blade stuck the Lord: toggle drive shaft, positive &negative laps let pump blade activities once, is still not on the pressure, the open pump inspection;

二、工作壓力達不到 Second, the working pressure can not reach

　�。� 1 ）轉(zhuǎn)速太低。適當提高轉(zhuǎn)速；（ 3 ）船用泵 ( 船檢齒輪泵 , 船檢螺桿泵 ) 地腳松動，緊固油泵地腳螺栓； speed is too low. An appropriate increase in speed;

　　（ 2 ）密封大量泄漏，先檢查軸承是否損壞，若未壞，在檢查油封并更換； seal a large number of leakage, check if the bearing damage, if not bad, in check oil seal and replace;

　�。� 3 ）安全閥開啟壓力過低，調(diào)整安全閥栓達到要求壓力； the relief valve opening pressure too low, adjust the relief valve bolt meet requirement pressure;

三、震動和噪音 Three, vibration and noise

　�。� 1 ）軸承損壞，更換軸承； bearing damaged, replace bearing;

　　（ 2 ）泵軸心與傳動軸不同心，偏移太大，調(diào)整泵軸與傳動軸同心度，使傾斜角度不得大于 7 度； the pump shaft axis and different heart, migration is too big, adjust the pump shaft and shaft concentricity, tilt Angle must not be more than 7 degrees;

四、雙聯(lián)油泵變化困難，齒合不上 eccentric sleeve wear too big, change eccentric sleeve;
